Kersten Juniors
Pieter and Bernice Kersten has a young twin, Lars and Niels. Both boys seem to have inherited their parents love for riding and horses. The boys ride and train everyday on their horses/ponies under the guidance of Pieter and Bernice.
Lars and Niels attend all the local shows with Pieter and Bernice and thus far the results have been spectacular. By going to different regional and international competitions every weekend, the boys have collected numerous champion titles and they even went to the E.K.–childeren/pony’s in 2013 and 2014.
Karlijn, Josien and Marieke, were very enthusiastic riders as young girls. As they grew older, they stopped riding for a while. However, their love for the horses never strayed. Now Karlijn and Josien are currently training with Pieter in dressage and jumping. Josien has attended a few dressage shows, while Karlijn enjoys the jumping competitions. Marieke enjoys to sit on a horse occasionally, reminiscing over her childhood pony competitions, but does not intend to compete. Jorrit also carries the love for horses in his blood; however, he enjoys the horses from a distance.
